Ready for registration?
Due to limited space at the ULM designer registration is first come first serve.

To register you will need:
1. $100 via credit card, Venmo, PayPal or Zelle
2. A short 100 word bio about yourself for the show program and website.
3. A photo

Details: Whether you are a pro, an enthusiast or beginner, Fashion Lab Sedona is a place to get creative, flex your design skills and meet other creatives. For 48 hours we are gathering to upcycle clothing and recycled fabrics into wearable fashion. Present your creations on the runway at the Fashion Show October 10th to be considered for our first ever $5000.00 Cash Sustainable Fashion Design award ($4000 in courses and mentorship from FABRIC Incubator a 501(c)(3) non-profit ecosystem for Fashionpreneurs that provides connections, guidance, tools, opportunities, and a ROADMAP for domestic small batch production) and $1000 cash award from Fashion Lab Sedona.

This is a collaborative community project designed to bring designers, artists and creative people together to meet, create and have fun. Bring your sewing machines, sergers, sewing supplies (scissors, seam ripper, tape measure, thread, etc.), recycled clothing, trims, and fabrics you want to upcycle.

You can create 1-4 outfits for the runway. The number of outfits does not matter for the Sustainable Fashion Lab Scholarship - you can create one great piece and still receive the scholarship. Keep in mind we will be giving prizes for the #1 team player as well. More than a competition, this is a chance to have fun and learn from each other.

You will provide models to present your creations at the Fashion Show on October 10th. We are looking to have a pool to choose from but many designers model for themselves and have friends model. You will be walking out as a group all at the same time, so you will need 1-4 distinct models.

This 48 hour Create-A-Thon will be held at the Ultimate Light Mission - 2115 Mountain Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336

It starts Friday at 6pm on October 2nd and runs through Sunday October 4th at 5pm. You do not need to be there the entire time but you MUST be present at 3pm on Sunday to turn in your work for judging and registration in the fashion show.

The Fashion Show will be held at Brady Hall, 3511 Verde Valley School Rd, Sedona, AZ 86351 on Saturday, October 10 from 5pm-6:30pm. We will be loading in for vendors Friday 4-8pm. Rehearsal for you and your models will start between 11am and 1pm on Saturday October 10th depending on the section of the show you are in.

CREATE-A-THON SCHEDULE

Friday, October 2nd - 6pm PST. All participants will gather at Ultimate Light Mission in Sedona AZ, 2115 Mountain Rd, Sedona, AZ 86336‬.

Registered participants can bring base clothing to upcycle, sewing machines, hot glue guns, sequins, ironing boards, irons, feathers, trim, recycled fabrics and garments to upcycle. You can bring sleeping bags, food and snacks if you plan on staying up late. You can also leave and come back to sleep, eat or rest.

Saturday, October 3rd - All Day – 48 hour create-a-thon continues.

Sunday October 4th - 3pm PST – You must be present to enter your garments into the show. 4-6p clean up and load out.

Saturday, October 10th 2026 – FASHION SHOW!

The fee for designer registration is $100.
Provided: Snacks, fashion show filming and a designer blurb about you will be included in the program.
