Event Date: Saturday, October 10th, 2026 - Time: 4:30PM - 7:30PM

Vendor Benefits:

  • Your logo featured on our website (linked to your web page) and in the event program.

  • 2 General Admission Tickets to the event.

  • One 3’ X 6’ Display table with linens in a prime vending location.

  • Name recognition during the VIP reception and during the Fashion Show production.

  • Opportunity to load-in and set-up merchandise on October 9th, 2026, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm at  Brady Hall • 3511 Verde Valley School Rd.

  • Event attendance and sales by your staff on October 10th, 2026, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm

  • Opportunity for merchandise breakdown and removal by your staff on October 10th, 2026, at 8:00 PM

2. Fee Payment:

The Vendor agrees to pay a participation fee of $200.00 to the Organizer. All payments to be made at the time of agreement signing as contract ratification. Failure to pay by the due date may result in forfeiture of your vending space We accept, Zelle team@lightnet.org, PayPal team@lightnet.org, Venmo @zenka or checks can be written out to our fiscal sponsor 501c3 "Wisdom Age Metaverse" dba LightNet.

3. Event Liability Waiver
The Vendor acknowledges that participation is at their own risk. The Organizer, its staff, and volunteers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to the Vendor, their staff, property, or merchandise, whether arising from accident, theft, or any other cause. The Vendor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Organizer from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from participation in the event.

4. Media Release:

The Vendor grants permission to the Organizer to photograph, record, or otherwise capture the Vendor's participation. The Organizer may use such media for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes in print, online, or other formats without compensation to the Vendor.
