As a Sensational Sedonan, I agree to attend and participate in the following:

• Purchase a full-page ad in the Fashion Lab show event program - $200.00

• Provide a print ready full page ad to Production Manager Quinton Jenkins via email: QbyDesignlnt@aol.com

(follow guidelines on the attached ad specification document)

• Provide Quinton Jenkins with a current high-resolution headshot for use in the event program on or before 9/1/26

• Submit to Quinton Jenkins a 100-word personal or business profile for the Fashion Lab webpage, event program and media on or before 9/1/26

• Attend one or both "How2Model" Classes on 9/26/26 and 10/3/26 at Sun & Moon Studio, 2050 Yavapai Dr., Suite 3A, Sedona. These are runway 'brush-up' sessions lead by Quinton Jenkins for Sensational Sedonan & Create-A-Thon Models.

• Attend Sensational Sedonans fittings on October 5 - 7 at clothing Stores (details to be provided).

• Attend Fashion Lab Sedona show rehearsal at Brady Hall on October 10 at 11 am - 1 pm and Fashion Show, 3:30 pm - 7:30 pm

• Day of Show, 10/10/26: I agree to arrive with foundation make up and shampooed hair, ready to rehearse and model.

TIME SCHEDULE, DAY OF SHOW, 10/10/26

11am - 1 pm: Show rehearsal for designers/models & Sensational Sedonans.

1pm: Hair & Make up for all.

4 pm: Doors Open for VIP 's to preview vendor and retail

5 pm: Fashion Show

7 pm: Show Ends - Vendor Booth Sales

8 pm: Exit Venue - Equipment Load Out

As a Sensational Sedonan volunteer, I agree to support Fashion Lab Sedona 2026's Sensational Sedonans by performing assigned tasks to the best of my ability, attending scheduled events, and communicating promptly with organizers. This agreement can be cancelled by written mailed notice or email by either of the involved parties.

I understand and acknowledge that my participation as a volunteer is at my own risk. I hereby release and hold harmless Sedona Fashion Lab, its staff, affiliates, and partners from all liability, claims, or demands for personal injury, illness, or property damage arising from or in connection with my volunteer activities.

I grant Sedona Fashion Lab permission to use photographs, video, audio recordings, and written or spoken statements of me taken during volunteer activities for promotional, educational, or informational purposes in print, online, or other media, without compensation or further approval.

I agree to conduct myself in a professional, respectful, and responsible manner at all times while representing Sedona Fashion Lab 2025's Sensational Sedonans. I will adhere to all event guidelines, respect fellow volunteers, staff, and participants, and refrain from any behavior that could negatively impact the event or its reputation.

All payments to be made at the time of agreement signing as contract ratification. We accept, Zelle team@lightnet.
