HOW TO SET UP A POP UP FOR FASHION LAB

1. Introduce idea to Fashion Lab Committee, and get approval.

2. Write a detailed description, day, time, location of Pop-Up.

3. Create a Square (1:1) shaped Jpeg or Png fun lead image for Website Pop-Up section, and Luma Event Page.

4. If you are going to use EventBrite, the image will be 2:1 ratio.

5. Send all of the above to Denise so she can put it on Fashion Lab website, and Luma or EventBrite Event Page. Denise@deebarr.com

PROMOTE YOUR EVENT

1. We assume you will be doing your own promotion. If you need help with promotion, please let Denise or Zenka know. Most outlets require 2 weeks lead time. Let them know what publication date you want.

Sedona - Come be a part of creating a "Proof of Concept" costume design for a fantasy fashion play idea called Human Nature. If you enjoy hand sewing, and/or bead work, or if you just want to see what’s going on, please come! Designer Denise Barr will explain her creative process from concept to completed design. She will have some samples of her work, and a costume called “The Visionary” that will need some beads and trim for all to complete!

Nothing to bring except your beautiful self, and something to drink if you want.
