Fashion Lab Sedona runs on community creativity. Instead of buying everything new, we’re building this event the sustainable way: sharing resources, reusing what already exists, and turning donations into possibility.

Your extra fabric could become a runway look. Your unused sewing machine could help launch a new designer. Your donated meal could fuel a creator through the 48-hour Create-a-Thon.

DONATE CLOTHING + FABRIC

Help us give clothing and materials a second life. We’re looking for interesting garments, vintage pieces, denim, textiles, trims, buttons, zippers, lace, leather remnants, beads, unusual materials, and fabric of all kinds.

The stranger, cooler, and more inspiring, the better.

SEWING MACHINES + CREATIVE GEAR

Have equipment gathering dust? We welcome working sewing machines, sergers, dress forms, irons, garment racks, cutting mats, scissors, sewing tools, storage bins, and other fashion-making equipment.

FEED THE CREATE-A-THON

Our designers will be creating, fitting, problem-solving, and sewing throughout the 48-Hour Upcycling Create-a-Thon, October 2–4.

Restaurants, cafés, markets, caterers, and community members can support the designers by donating meals, snacks, drinks, coffee, or gift cards.

DONATE A RAFFLE PRIZE

Local businesses, artists, healers, restaurants, hotels, shops, and experience-makers are invited to contribute prizes for our Sustainable Fashion Show raffle.

Gift certificates, products, experiences, art, wellness services, dinners, adventures, and other fabulous Sedona offerings. We are looking for 8 prizes over $200 is best.

STORAGE SUPPORT

Fashion takes up room. A lot of room.

We’re also looking for temporary storage space, shelving, garment racks, bins, transportation help, and other logistical support leading up to the show.

VOLUNTEER

Want to be part of the action?

We need hands, hearts, organizers, runners, backstage helpers, sewing support, models, event volunteers, setup crews, and people who simply love making ambitious things happen.

EVERY DONATION BECOMES PART OF THE STORY

This is more than a fashion show. It’s a community experiment in what happens when Sedona chooses creativity over waste, collaboration over consumption, and imagination over fast fashion.
